The deposit is a $250 hold at the time of booking.
We have a two-week cancellation policy. Guest who cancel or fail to cancel within 14 days of their arrival date, or no shows are subject to a property fee equal to 100% of the total booking fee for the reservation
If a guest did not put down a deposit, their credit card will be charged. There are no exceptions. This includes acts of God, such as tropical storms, hurricanes, or other weather patterns that can affect your travel plans. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of any of these unforeseen events or emergencies.
From May to September, we have minimum night requirements starting at two nights for weekends and more on holidays for both mid-week and weekend. Outside those times you are welcome to stay for one night only. Always best to call us and we will see what we can do to help you.
We have two handicap-accessible rooms.

Yes. We upgraded to fiber optic internet to provide blazing speeds to our guests. There are two tiers of Wi-Fi speeds offered. 20mbps is complimentary for our guests. For those that need blazing speeds, we offer up to 100mbps for $9.99 a day.

Yes, we are the only Oak Bluffs hotel with a private parking lot. From Memorial Day to Columbus Day parking is $35 per night/per car, it is first come first serve.
We are in the heart of Oak Bluffs, steps away from the best restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping. Please stop by the front desk, we would be happy to provide our favorites.
We are happy to loan our guests beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels for the beach.
Just steps away from us are two different options to purchase alcohol in Oak Bluffs.
We do not, but we pride ourselves in being steps away from the best beaches in Oak Bluffs.
We have fabulous outdoor and indoor family fun options. Outdoor: our local Beach, the Fishing Pier, and Ocean Park. Indoor: The Flying Horses Carousel, Ryan Family Amusements Arcade, and Barn and Bowl bowling alley.

Summer is our most popular time of year with the most events, but it is also the busiest. The spring and fall are wonderful times to experience all that Martha’s Vineyard has to offer without the crowds.
